Hodges University President Named to Junior Achievement Business Leadership Hall of Fame >

 
Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida has inducted Terry P. McMahan, President of Hodges University, into the 2007 Collier County Business Leadership Hall of Fame. The prestigious award recognizes prominent business leaders for their professional accomplishments and their commitment to the community. 

As president of Hodges University (formerly International College) for the past 16 years, McMahan has led the school from college to university status and significantly increased the number of undergraduate programs and faculty. McMahan serves on the boards of the Economic Development Council of Collier County, the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and the Lee County Public Schools Foundation. In 2006, he received the Leadership in Education Award from the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education, and he was recently honored by the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for his commitment and support of the chamber’s college scholarship program. 

Junior Achievement’s 2007 Collier County Business Leadership Hall of Fame dinner will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 7, beginning at 5 p.m., at the Naples Grande Resort and Club.
