Hodges Foundation Board Member to Lead Polaroid >

 
Hodges University Foundation Board member Mike London has been appointed chief executive officer at Polaroid Corporation. Most recently, London had worked with Best Buy, serving in a number of positions including EVP Merchandising, EVP Customer Centricity and EVP Global Sourcing.
London said in a statement, "I am looking forward to working with Polaroid because they have such strong brand recognition, high purchase favorability and innovative technology."
London has served on the Hodges Foundation Board since 2006. Having a strong passion for higher education, he has funded scholarships at the University as well as served as a guest lecturer.
“We are fortunate to have someone of Mike’s caliber and leadership qualities on our Foundation,” says Dr. Lou Traina, Executive Vice President of University Advancement. “It is those same qualities that he will bring to Polaroid, and I am sure they feel equally as fortunate.”
