Dr. Fred Nerone, Dean of the Kenneth Oscar Johnson School of Business at International College, has been re-elected to the position of Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE). He has previously served on the Board in various capacities seven of the last eight years.
The IACBE is an accrediting association for business programs in student-centered colleges and universities. The IACBE currently has over 230 member institutions in 20 countries, and is the fastest-growing business accrediting body in the world.
“International College's Kenneth Oscar Johnson School of Business is reaping the benefits of our outcomes-based IACBE accreditation by continuously appraising the value of our instruction to our students,” said Nerone.
“Accreditation is a voluntary process and those who seriously engage in it become lifelong fans and ambassadors of the IACBE. Personally, I am gratified to participate as a board officer and assist other institutions across the globe improve their business units,” he added.
A graduate of Union Institute & University in Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Nerone has taught at International College since 1992.
