If you have already used VA education benefits at another educational institution you will need to submit a Request for Change of Program or Place of Training (VA Form 22-1995). You can complete this form online now.

The Certificate of Eligibility (COE) shows you how much of your benefits you are eligible for, how much you've used and how much you have left to use for your education or training.
To apply for it please visit the link below and scroll down to "How do I apply" and follow the steps. Once the application is complete and you receive the Certificate of Eligibility in the mail, please email it to vets@hodges.edu so it can be saved to your file.
It can take up to 30 days to receive the physical paper from the VA, but the Veterans Services Coordinator can call the VA and request it if you have been approved in 2 weeks and clear you to register before the 30 days.

The Joint Services Transcript provides documented to colleges and universities of professional military education, training and occupation experiences achieved by service members and veterans. When you convert your military experience into civilian college credits, you save time and money on your education.

The Registrar evauluates all credits from the JST and credits earned from other institutions and applies transferrable credits to your degree program.
Once the admissions team receives all necessary documents, they will guide you to the Student Success Coaches within the Registrar's Office.
The Student Success Coach will reach out by e-mail and send your registration information. You MUST login to your Hodges student account to register for your classes. Please read everything thoroughly before you Register.
The university automatically provides course books and materials to students through eCampus.
If you want to provide your own books and resources you MUST fill out an opt out form to avoid automatic book charges being applied to your account.
The opt out is good for 1 term (4 months). This must be completed within 48 hours every time you register for classes.
It is recommended to use university resources to assure you have all books and materials in a timely manner.
